Safe Arrival in Lima!

We have received word from the team that they have all arrived safely in Lima. Praise the Lord! There were difficulties in Ft. Lauderdale but they did all make the same plane. The biggest problem right now is that Denny's luggage did not arrive. He is living out of his backpack for now. He says he has clothes but his MREs (meals ready to eat) were in his luggage. Please pray that his luggage will arrive and somehow he will be able to get it while up in mountains.

The team met Arnold and Suzie Austin and their 3 translators in Lima. They were preparing to load up the trucks to head up the mountain. Continue to pray for their safety as they travel.

We are thankful to the Lord for His provisions as they have experienced difficulties in getting to Peru. Pray for the work that will be accomplished through this team. We are looking forward to an exciting report when they get down from the mountain villages.

So glad everyone made it safely to Lima. I bet the teams are walking the village streets right now in awe of the beauty of Peru and God's creation. It is such a beautiful region with magnificant mountains. Wow, what great blessings are in store for our evangelism team!!!!!

Also, maybe future teams should consider direct flights from Houston to Lima to minimize travel issues and lost luggage??? For Jonathan and me, the extra expense was well worth it.
